By Dunedin Venues | Posted: Monday March 2, 2020

“A phenomenal virtuoso” is how The Los Angeles Times described American organist Cameron Carpenter, who opens the NZSO 2020 Podium Series with Mavericks in Dunedin, Saturday 21 March.

Cameron will perform Toccata and Fugue and Poulenc’s Organ Concerto on Dunedin's mighty Town Hall organ “Norma”, which celebrated its 100th birthday last year.

Mavericks also sees the return of English conductor Alexander Shelley who leads the Orchestra through Beethoven's 5th Symphony, one of the most well known and beloved Symphonies ever written.

As a valued fan of Dunedin Venues, we’ve managed to secure a special early-bird price for you! Book your tickets by 8 March and you’ll get a special 20% discount.
