Guest Chefs and Competitions
This year's show is going to be a buzz of activity with the introduction of the new Whitestone Cheese Fresh Food Show.
We have three great celebrity chefs Simon
Gault, Brett McGregor and Annabel Langbein lined up, who'll be busy with cooking demonstrations, inspirational talks, and judging competitions.
This year we'll also have three great cooking competitions:
Farm to Fork
Four local chefs and four Otago Polytechnic cookery students will be given 90 minutess to create an entrée and a main. Who will be crowned Dunedin's champion chef?
The Southern Cake-Off brought to you by Gilbert’s Fine Food
The search is on for the best chocolate cake in the South. Cakes will be judged on flavour, quality, visual appeal, decoration skill and creativity. Featuring guest judge Annabel Langbein.
Kiwi Kids Can Cook brought to you by NZ Chef's Association
Participants will be given 30 minutes to cook their favourite dish with the winner of each age group going on to compete at the 2019 national finals in Auckland. Featuring guest judge Simon Gault.

Tickets are on sale via Ticketmaster. Tickets cost $10 for adults, $5 for Seniors/Gold Card holders and children are free.
All tickets increase to $15 on the day of the event. Encourage your customers to purchase prior to take advantage of the discount.
Marketing activity
