Whether your event is large or small, we are here to make it easy for you. With every booking at our venues, we assign a dedicated Event Co-ordinator who will work alongside you and help make your event a success. Your Event Co-ordinator will bring your occasion to life. They have a wealth of experience and are happy to share their knowledge with you. Although it is always your decision, they can offer advice on everything from catering to lighting, room layout to event design, and of course we’ll be there on the day to make sure things run smoothly.

Our Event Management and Coordination Team will help you through the entire process from the initial call to the final pack out and clean up.

We provide all tables and chairs with the venue hire, and we have partner suppliers for catering, ticketing, security and cleaning. For all your other event needs you are welcome to bring in your own suppliers, or we're always happy to recommend and liaise with suppliers for you. We can also help with sourcing quotes, making floorplans and runsheets, right through to the final pre-show checks that everything is in place and spotlessly presented.

The Dunedin Town Hall - Glenroy was the perfect venue for Distinctly Dunedin - Sweet Adelines NZ 2017 Convention. Right from the start, the Event Management Team were on hand to advise, support, and ensure a successful event. Our requirements were very specific, and their careful planning meant that our expectations were exceeded. As locals we know that our Town Hall has amazing acoustics, but to have the Panel Chair state that no sound amplification was required for our Chorus Contest, was the 'icing on the cake!' - Distinctly Dunedin - Sweet Adelines NZ 2017 Convention
