Please Note: Guaranteed pack-in day will result in 50% venue hire to be paid by the hirer. Non-guaranteed pack-in day will incur no fee however, the availability cannot be confirmed until 4 weeks prior to your event.

Do you require a pack-out day?*

Please Note: Guaranteed pack-out day will result in 50% venue hire fee to be paid by hirer.

Will you charge a fee to attend or participate?*

Please Note: Ticketed events are eligible for funding up to 50% of venue rental expenses and 50% of the event on charge allowance. The remaining venue hire and hard cost expenses will be passed on to you as the hirer.
