Getting there

Dunedin is a very accessible city. If you arrive in the city and do not have a vehicle, buses and taxis are plentiful and reliable and the central city is compact and easily walkable. Getting around the city itself is relatively easy and, in fact, we're known as the 15-minute city for this very reason.
Independent transport options include public bus, rental car, taxi, cycle hire or e-scooters.
isite Visitor Centre

The Dunedin isite Visitor Centre is part of New Zealand's official nationwide Visitor Information Network and it's located in the centre of the city—on the corner of the Otagon and George Street.
Their experienced staff will help you find quality activities, attractions, accommodation, transport and more! Experience the latest and greatest Dunedin has to offer.

Both our venue complexes are located centrally and walking distance apart, which is a big part of why they work so well for drawing people into town life
The Dunedin Centre is at 1 Harrop Street, right on the Octagon—Dunedin's civic heart. It's part of the same complex as the Town Hall and shares a block with the Municipal Chambers, the public library, and St Paul's Cathedral. The Octagon itself is ringed with cafes, bars, restaurants, and hotels. Forsyth Barr Stadium is at 130 Anzac Avenue, just north of the CBD on the edge of the University of Otago campus. It's about a 15–20 minute walk from the Octagon, and a similar distance from the railway station and the main hotel strip.
