The Dunedin Centre and Town Hall Accessibility
Mobility access
Wheelchair access is available in most areas in the Dunedin Centre. Access to the main Town Hall entrance is via either a lift at the Metro Theatre entrance off Moray Place or the door on the corner of Harrop Street and Moray Place.
Glenroy Auditorium main entrance has no obstructions.
We have one venue wheelchair onsite to be used for emergency situations only. Accessible toilets are located in the Stalls, lower ground floor and upper ground levels.
Our Mobility Access Point is located at the corner of Moray Place and Harrop Street – entrance through the blue doors.
Accessible seating
Accessible seating is available for each event, please contact Ticketek to request accessible seating tickets or visit the box office at the Regent Theatre.

Accessible toilets
Accessible toilets are located on stalls level for Town Hall and Lower Ground for Glenroy.
Mobility parking
Mobility Parking: the closest dedicated mobility park is on Filleul Street.
Drop-off access is available on the corner of Harrop Street and Moray Place.
Visual impairment features
Braille is available inside each of the public lift signs to assist patrons finding their way to various levels throughout the Dunedin Centre.
A hearing loop is available throughout the Dunedin Centre, signage is placed around the building.
Service animals
Certified service dogs are permitted within our buildings.
