The Highlanders Home Season in 2026
The Highlanders season showed why the atmosphere inside our stadium is second to none. Super Rugby matches at Forsyth Barr Stadium have once again brought energy, passion, and unforgettable moments to Dunedin. With big crowds, these games continue to be a highlight on the city’s calendar.
Community Events Under the Roof
We're also proud to have hosted a wide range of community events, bringing Dunedin together under the roof.
So far this year we've welcomed events such as:
- Wild Dunedin's Nature Dome & Pitch Choir (Attendance: 8,000+)
- Moana Nui Festival (6,000)
- Relay for Life (1,400+)
These experiences have opened the stadium doors to families, schools, and community groups, creating memorable days out for all ages.
